We would like to say a thousand thanks for a valuable course with Jørn Hansen about mental health in the workplace. Jørn openly shared his own experiences with mental health challenges, and through both his professional expertise and personal story he created an honest, close, and meaningful reflection for all of us. His way of communicating helps break down stigma and makes it easier to talk about a topic that can still feel vulnerable. One of the most important reminders he gave us, which is important to carry forward, was this: It is completely okay not to be okay. There is support, help, and strength in being open about challenges, and no one should have to face difficult situations alone. He also presented a model that provides a clear framework for understanding where a person is in their process and how best to meet them right where they are.
